Mission & Responsibilities
Eric is committed to energy efficient, safe, and comfortable homes and businesses. His whole space comfort approach assures that all heating and cooling systems work correctly and that customers receive maximum benefit from their investment. His responsibilities include sales to the residential, multi-family, light commercial - existing and new build markets. He works directly with Betlem’s HVAC service and sales people to maintain a high level of customer service and he also handles all of the organizational needs in the department. From time-to-time he can be found handling complex home, multi-family and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service problems.
Expertise
Eric has over thirty-five years in the HVAC industry and began his career as a mechanical installation technician in 1984. He joined the Betlem Service team in 1990 and was promoted to Service manager in 1994. In 2004 he was named the manager of the residential heating and cooling division that services the metropolitan region of Rochester, including its surrounding counties. In 1991 he completed a four-year apprenticeship program graduating as the class valedictorian. Eric has been involved in hundreds of industry certifications and training classes. His hands on experience in residential, multi-family, light commercial, and advanced technology HVAC combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction have assisted with his ongoing success at Betlem.
